Please complete booking through the Online Booking page from our website. 

To secure a booking you will need to pay in full for the activity you have chosen.

For Holiday Workshops we will send an invoice along with the due date. You need to pay the fee before due date to secure a place for your child.

For after school sessions you need to pay the fee while booking the place for your child.

You will need to pay by bank transfer to secure a place for your child.

We regret to inform that, we are no longer able to accept cheques and childcare vouchers.

The right of admission is reserved. We reserve the right to determine who attends our workshops and activities. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from, a class or course, any parent or child whose conduct we deem unsuitable, unlawful or offensive or who is not entitled to attend.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds you for any school based after school club sessions which are cancelled by the school for any reason, including weather, fire etc.

We regret that we cannot refund fees for sessions that your child misses.

If we have to cancel any sessions, we will offer an alternate date or a full refund for the sessions missed.
